One finds cause for alarm in the fact that mobile homes in Malibu are trading for more than $1mm. Remember, with a mobile home, you generally don't own the land, you still pay rent for your lot, and mortgage financing is hard to come by. On the other hand, you do get preferred seating at the Jerry Springer Show.
